Russia, Ukraine & A Constitutionally Informed South African Foreign Policy

This roundtable will reflect on South African foreign policy towards the Russia-Ukraine war and, in light of the ICC warrant of arrest issued against Russian President Putin, discuss South Africa’s future foreign policy informed by its constitutional and human rights obligations.
